I got tired of underperforming machines marketed for residential use and purchased this unit because it was less than half the price of competitors with the same function/power. The unit arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Day one I cleaned a wool lounge chair, mattress and two sofas and all came out looking good as new.

Note, it does not ship from their office in Battle Creek. It ships from the manufacturer in South Carolina. No worries though, shipping was still lightning fast.
