Our company sells equipment, supplies, and chemicals to the carpet cleaning industry, plus we have been doing carpet cleaning for many years and operate our own carpet cleaning company. This puts us in a unique position when recommending carpet cleaning and the equipment for that business. We have used every type of carpet cleaning equipment and system in the industry and sell many of them. We have built equipment and help design new equipment. We do this business every day.
The equipment packages we are offering are "in our opinion" the best overall cleaning packages available. They use the newest chemical cleaning technology available with the best machines made today. Our goal here is to offer you a system that is easy to use, easy to transport, is versatile, and a cleaning process that will WOW!!! your customers. Trust us when we say you will out clean any of your competition. We also wanted a system that would set you apart from the competition, and allow you to offer more services to your customers. We wanted a system that was cost effective, and could pay for itself with the initial purchase, plus put extra cash in your pocket.
We did not skimp on the equipment or the supplies. The equipment is the finest in the industry, and is part of a complete cleaning package. You will not have to buy anything else, except maybe a vacuum cleaner if you don’t have one. We did not include this in the packages because many people have a preference or already own one. You also will be able to do additional very profitable services for your customers, like laminate and wood floor care, tile & grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning.
The systems we are recommending will clean better, faster, and easier than the competition. Your carpets will dry much faster, stay cleaner longer, and can be done at much less expense than your competition. This means more money per customer.
These systems will also clean more than just carpet. You will be able to clean furniture, tile and grout, linoleum, vct(vinyl composite tile), wood floors, cement, stone, as well as carpet. You can clean Oriental rugs, area rugs, and more. This gives you the ability to increase your income revenue stream substantially.
Because of the low water use and low or chemical-free cleaning agents it is a very environmentally friendly cleaning process.
We also have a package for those that would like to offer both a Low Moisture Cleaning Process along with a Steam Cleaning (hot water extraction) Process. There are times when a good flushing of the carpet is recommended or makes the job easier. Examples of this would be a carpet that has a lot of urine from pets, a filthy carpet typically found in rental apartments, and greasy restaurant carpets. Even though our low moisture process will work on these, steam cleaning (hot water extraction) these types of carpet can be faster and more effective. IS IT PROFITABLE
Let’s look at a typical cleaning job. We will be conservative here. Our marketing program tells you to market to upper end homes, because they have their carpets cleaned regularly, have the discretionary income, and always want their homes to look clean. However, for this example we will choose a typical 3 bedroom ranch house that is 2000 square feet. This type of home would normally have about 900 square feet of carpeting. We recommend and most professional cleaners would charge .35 cents a square foot to clean it, and 15 cents a square foot for carpet protector (like scotch guard). So the total cost per square foot for cleaning and carpet protector would be .50 a square foot. We know many cleaners that charge much more than this.
900 Square Feet X .50 = $450.00
It should take you between 1 ½ to 2 hours to clean this house. The cost of material would be about .05 cents a square foot or $45.00. Your profit would be $405.00 for about 2 hours of actual work or $202.50 an hour. Even if it took you 4 hours of work (which is should never take that long), you would still make $105.75 an hour.
If the house was bigger you would make more. (Remember we are going to recommend and show you how to target upscale homes which are normally bigger). You can see that doing only 3 houses of this size a week would earn you about $1215.00 for roughly 6 to 8 hours of actual work. Most carpet cleaners clean at least 1 house a day.
The above does not include furniture cleaning. Many homes that have their carpets cleaned also have their furniture cleaned at the same time. Some customers just want their furniture cleaned. Furniture cleaning is very profitable also. Examples would be: Sectional ($150.00) takes about 45 minutes, Couch ($105.00) takes about 30 minutes, Love Seat ($75), takes about 20 minutes, Stuff Chair ($50.00) takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Cost of material less than a dollar each. Using the above carpet cleaning example of $405.00 profit, if you also cleaned their couch, love seat, and chair you would add $230.00 to your profit for a total of $630.00 for about 3 hours of work.
Commercial carpet cleaning can be even more profitable, particularly if you buy package 2 which excels at commercial carpet with the Pro Hybrid CRB.
Tile and grout cleaning is also very profitable, and there is more tile and grout in homes and businesses than ever before. Normal charges for cleaning tile and grout is $1.00 a square foot to clean and $1.00 a square foot to seal. So a 12 X 12 foot room would generate $288.00 for about 1 to 2 hours of work.
Not only do many homes have tile and grout, but many also have Laminate or wood floors. Our laminate and wood floor (no sanding) cleaning and restoration system is easy to do, and just as profitable, and with the right package or additional pieces of equipment or supplies you will be able to offer these services as well as others to your customers.

CARPET CLEANING MACHINES
We offer 3 unique carpet cleaning machines in our packages. Each machine is a stand-alone cleaning machine and each can get amazing results. Used together however, they will speed the cleaning process, enhance the overall cleaning, and absolutely astonish your customers. You will also be able to clean tile and grout floors, which is a lucrative add on service.
Pro Hybrid CRB Machine
The Pro Hybrid 35 is a Counter Rotating Brush Machine, with a 15 inch wide cleaning path. The machine excels at cleaning all kinds of carpets, but is especially effective in quickly cleaning commercial carpets. The Pro Hybrid can do encapsulation cleaning, dry compound cleaning, pre-vacuuming, post vacuuming, pre-scrubbing, pile lifting, and can groom the carpets. It is the most versatile machine in the industry and one of the fastest ways to clean a commercial carpet. The machine digs deep pulling the dirt up and out of the carpet and dumping it into the machine, at the same time lifting the pile straight up, the way it was when it was new. Again, the carpets are dry in about 30 minutes.
The stainless steel body, compact construction, very low noise, ease of use and versatility, makes this machine a must have for any carpet or tile cleaning business. The Pro Hybrid comes with a set of standard brushes which can be used for cleaning any type of carpet. There are four different brush types available, ranging from soft to extra aggressive.
It is usually the only machine you will use when cleaning commercial carpets.
There is no other machine that will groom a carpet like the Pro Hybrid and when used as your final cleaning and grooming process it will leave your customers absolutely blown away.
It is the perfect machine for doing commercial carpets quickly, and when used with the Challenger Pad Machine and/or the Steamin Demon (below) it gives unparalleled results.
Steamin Demon Extractor
This machine uses a different type of cleaning process. It is a fantastic addition when used with the Pro Hybrid CRB machine.
It is used for very heavily soiled or greasy commercial and residential carpets, but can also be used for cleaning normally soiled carpets. It is also used to flush urine, vomit, diarrhea, and other contaminates out of a carpet. We have dealers that use this machine as their main carpet cleaning machine.
This machine gives you the ability to not only clean those nasty residential and commercial carpets by flushing heavy amounts of soil or grease out of the carpet, but also still gives you quick dry times (two to four hours normally).
The CRB machine is used to pre-scrub the carpet, and then the Steamin Demon is used to totally flush the carpet.
The two windows in front of the machine allows you to see the dirty water coming out of the carpet, this really impresses the home owner. It is really great at flushing urine and other contaminates out of a carpet. You can see the urine/contaminates coming out and when the water runs clean you know you have it all.
Weighs only 34 lbs, cleans a 15-inch wide path.
The system uses 2 small garden type hoses that are sheathed in a plastic cover which connect directly to any sink faucet and drain or toilet in the customer’s house or business. This allows the machine to be automatically supplied with clean fresh hot water which is flushed through the carpet, and the dirty water is simultaneously extracted, filtered, and automatically pumped down the customers drain.
This process is done from any indoor or outdoor faucet in the house - so easy to use.
The Steamin Demon is a unique machine that removes more soil than any other machine in the carpet cleaning industry. It uses high water flow at very low pressure, instead of low water flow at high pressure (typical steam cleaning machine) to clean. Water is not injected into the carpet, but instead is cascaded over and through the carpet then instantly vacuumed up. Nothing flushes a carpet like the Steamin Demon. It removes more soil than any other system.
